Greetings! Here’s my bio to learn a little bit more about me.
I am a strong believer of compassionate client centered care and working with my clients in a way that resonates with you and your life. I take a whole person approach to my physiotherapy practice as a client led, humanist, trauma informed therapist.
I have a specific passion in birth preparation & post partum rehab, high level strength training, pediatric care, as well as guiding those experiencing persistent pain conditions. I am also passionate about supporting families through the transition into parenthood as a birth doula.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two children and husband, cycling, hiking, Olympic and power lifting, yoga, meditation, and reading.
