Greetings! Here’s my bio to learn a little bit more about me.
I am a strong believer of compassionate client centered care and working with my clients in a way that resonates with you and your life. I take a whole person approach to my physiotherapy practice as a client led, bio-psycho-social-spiritual, humanist, trauma informed therapist.
I have a specific passion in birth preparation & post partum rehab, high level strength training, as well as sexual health & guiding those experiencing persistent pain conditions. I am also passionate about working with those that are survivors of birth trauma and sexual abuse/assault as a trauma trained physiotherapist.

Hello! I’m Eliza. I’m a registered physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health and pelvic health physiotherapy.
My foray into Pelvic health physiotherapy began not as a therapist but as a patient. My firsthand experience of the benefits of Pelvic health physiotherapy and the positive influence it had on my quality of life motivated me to pursue further training in Pelvic health physiotherapy.
I graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy degree in 2009 and started practicing in Canada in 2011 with a diverse orthopaedic caseload. Since 2015, I gradually transitioned to Pelvic health physiotherapy, focusing on treating women.
I have completed numerous courses over the past decade (see below). I have experience working with women of all ages, assisting them to overcome sexual health-related challenges, prepare for childbirth, return to exercise and activity after pregnancy and to age gracefully from peri to post menopause.
I strongly believe that optimal health is a combination of a healthy body, and a resilient spirit and mind. I use a whole person treatment approach that involves sensitive communication, education, manual therapy and individualized exercise prescription.
When I’m not practicing, I like traveling with my partner to off the beaten path destinations. I also enjoy all things artsy and craftsy.
